Professional skateboarder Neen Williams’ NADC Burger spot in New York City has landed an N grade from the NYC Department of Health after its latest inspection turned up six violations, including live roaches inside the facility.

The inspection took place on September 3, 2026, with the restaurant receiving 27 points.

Two of the violations were classified as critical, with the presence of live roaches being one of them.

According to the inspection report, inspectors found live roaches in a food or non food area of the restaurant.

The report also cited an issue involving food being kept at unsafe temperatures.

Specifically, inspectors found a cold TCS food item being held above the required temperature of 41 degrees Fahrenheit. TCS refers to foods that need temperature control to limit the growth of harmful bacteria.

The remaining four violations dealt with sanitation, drainage, pest control and equipment conditions.

Inspectors found deficiencies with the cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils and other equipment. The restaurant also received a violation related to drainage and plumbing, including requirements involving backflow prevention and the disposal of condensation or liquid waste.

Another violation stated that the establishment had conditions that could provide harborage for rodents, insects or other pests. Given that live roaches were also found during the inspection, pest control was clearly one of the issues inspectors were looking at during the visit.

The final violation concerned non food contact surfaces and equipment. Inspectors said certain surfaces or equipment were either not kept clean, made from unacceptable materials, or were not properly positioned or maintained to allow adequate cleaning around them.

NADC Burger has ties to the skateboarding world through Neen Williams, making the restaurant a familiar name to people who follow the skater and his work outside of skating.

For now, the restaurant's latest health inspection record gives customers plenty to think about before grabbing a burger there. Six violations were recorded during the September 3 inspection, with the restaurant receiving an N grade and 27 points from the NYC Department of Health.

The report does not tell the whole story of what happens at the restaurant every day, but it does document the conditions inspectors found during that visit. The live roaches and food temperature violation were classified as critical, while the other findings involved cleaning, drainage, pest control and equipment maintenance.
