Momiji Nishiya is officially riding for REAL Skateboards, and it just makes sense.
If you have been paying attention over the last few years, you have probably seen her out in the streets more and more, stacking clips and skating spots the right way.
After her Olympic win, a lot of people only saw Momiji through contests and big stages. But when she started spending time in the US, you already know that street skating was always part of who she is.
Watching her skate, you can tell she cares about how things look just as much as whether they get done.
What really connects her to REAL is the way she carries herself.
She fits into sessions without needing attention and earns respect through skating alone. She puts in the work and keeps it moving. That kind of mindset is hard to fake and easy to recognize.

"We met Momiji in 2021 - fresh off an Olympic gold medal, she came to SF ready to bomb hills and take on the streets. Momiji came by the office and we soon learned that her favorite skater was Ishod, and that her dream was to skate for REAL. On that same trip, we started flowing her boards.
Fast forward to 2025 and Momiji has become a street powerhouse. Watching her skate, it’s obvious why she stands out - the relaxed style, the flick, and the power she brings made us all instant fans. After a few trips to the States and plenty of van miles, it was clear she was built for this crew.
Now it’s official - @momiji_nishiya830 rides for REAL.
