Pro skater and devoted follower of Christ Kyle Walker hit everyone with some real talk recently.
He posted:
“Everyday’s a lesson in grace becoming growth. Covered by grace. Growing through faith.”
Then he dropped ten signs you’re really doing good in life. Nothing flashy, just the stuff that matters most.

- You ate today
- You got a good heart
- You wish good on people
- You got clean water
- Someone loves you
- You try to be better
- You got clean clothes
- You got a dream
- You’re breathing
He kept it simple and straight to the heart, saying we need to be thankful for the little things. Those small things we sleep on are actually the most important.
Kwalks is basically saying life ain’t always about big wins or showing off. It’s about noticing the everyday blessings and staying grateful. You got a place to stay, food to eat, love around you, and the chance to keep growing. That’s a life worth appreciating.
Back in an interview with Thrasher Magazine, Kwalks was asked if he’s a spiritual person. He said,
“Honestly, for a while I kind of wasn’t but a lot of things have happened within the past two or three years and I’m, like, “Damn. Thank you, God, for this.” I’m not crazy spiritually but I definitely believe in God and there is something out there, you know, that gets us through day by day.”
That moment showed his real side. Someone who’s seen life shift and recognized how grace and faith play a part in getting through it.
He’s letting everybody that faith and gratitude go hand in hand. You can’t just look for the big moments.
The everyday stuff, the little wins, that’s what keeps you solid. That’s how you grow, and that’s how you live covered by grace.
