As we previously reported, professional skateboarders Steve Berra and Eric Koston have been facing financial difficulties that forced them to temporarily shut down their business, The Berrics.
This has resulted in the closure of the video productions and the renowned flat-ground skateboarding contest, "Battle At The Berrics."
Despite owing a significant amount of debt, Berra and Koston have not given up and are now in the process of selling off the remaining merchandise from their shop, "Canteen," to help with their expenses. They recently organized a garage sale for this purpose.
However, they did not stop there. Instead, they are now in the works of rebranding their business, which Berra calls "The Berrics 2.0."
They are striving to overcome their financial hardships and bring back the excitement and hype of skateboarding to their fan base.
While The Berrics 2.0 hasn't provided specific dates for its return, one thing is certain: Berra and Koston are resolute in their mission to make a comeback in the skateboarding industry.
