After wrapping up his popular show Ridiculousness on MTV, Rob Dyrdek is stepping into a completely new space with his latest project called Existence.
Existence lets you break your day into Time Blocks. Morning meeting lunch with your crew afternoon workout whatever it is you can tag it as Life Work Health or Sleep and write down exactly what you did.
You can rate each block from zero to ten to see what lifts you up and what drags you down. When you notice these patterns it gets easier to make choices that feel good and improve your day.
You can add notes in each block to track what you were feeling or what happened. Over time it creates a clear picture of what matters and how you spend your energy.
Existence looks at everything about your time what you do when you do it where you are who you are with and how it feels. It shows patterns you might not notice and helps you use your time better.
