After fracturing his skull and eye socket, Nyjah Huston has returned to skating the streets and showing that he’s back at the top of his game.
The injury was serious, but he’s fully healed and recently joined Mike Mo Capaldi’s PSL contest, proving that nothing keeps him off his board for long.
Now that he’s recovered, Nyjah shared his full body workout with Men’s Health.
The workout focuses on building strength and staying light on his feet, which helps him tackle some of the biggest rails and tricks in skating.
Men’s Health highlighted:
"Professional skateboarder Nyjah Huston takes us through the workout he hits to be both light and strong while hitting some of the biggest rails out there. Aside from winning medals at the X Games and Olympics, Nyjah takes working out and staying fit."
Nyjah’s routine includes a mix of strength training, mobility exercises, and explosive movements that keep his body ready for skating at a high level.
Even after a serious injury, he’s showing that consistent training and attention to fitness are key to staying on top of the game.
