Gnarly skateboarding video editor Marque Cox, better known in skate circles as “Shrimp Daddy,” has decided to mix two worlds that rarely meet: skateboarding and crypto.

His latest project is a meme coin called $CJET, inspired by pro skater Chris Joslin’s long-rumored 360 flip down the legendary El Toro 20-stair.
Shrimpdaddy made the announcement in his own style, posting:
"@chrisjoslin_ landed the biggest trick in skate history - bigger than the 900 (some would say
).
But you know what’s even bigger?
Your wallets after investing in $CJET.The longer we wait for this 360 flip footage to drop, the higher this coin’s gonna go.
Don’t sleep NFA, DYOR, GL.
Link in bio."
The post basically mixes skate talk with crypto jokes, making Joslin’s rumored trick the whole reason for the coin. If you’re not super online, $CJET just means “Chris Joslin El Toro,” tying one of the gnarliest stair sets ever to a meme coin.
Speaking with ShreddER, Shrimp Daddy explained that his idea wasn’t just for laughs:
"Yo shredder news wanted to put this on your radar I made a crypto meme coin called $CJET (chris Joslin el toro) holding strong not rugging trying to build this up until his part drops and hopefully some skaters can make some money out here."
To build momentum, he also launched a $CJET Official Chat on Telegram. The description hypes the trick and its legendary status:
"Chris Joslin lands a 360 flip down El Toro 20 stair the most anticipated skateboard trick in the world!!! Chris Joslin gets the cover of Thrasher Magazine Issue #544."
This whole thing isn’t about Wall Street suits, it’s more about mixing skateboarding stories and making money.
For skaters, it’s just another wild chapter in the never-ending talk about El Toro and who’s done what there.
For crypto folks, it’s just another meme coin to gamble on, built on hype, jokes, and inside references.
So far, $CJET is positioning itself as both a tribute to one of the heaviest moments in skate history and a playful attempt to let skaters participate in a digital coin drop.
If Joslin’s footage ever surfaces, it may give $CJET more fuel. Until then, Shrimpdaddy seems determined to keep it alive with memes, group chats, and the idea of mixing skateboarding with online coin talk.
