The skateboarder was trying to film his progression, which the video showed a MILF Karen told him something positive instead of imploring a notorious grumpy language.
Usually, a Karen, according to street slang is a pejorative term for an obnoxious, angry, entitled, and an often racist middle-aged white woman.
The encounter certainly has plenty to be pleased about, and not all Karens are the same. There was no ranting or absurd situation that happened but all about love and respect.
