Following the news that Ryan Townley had ended his time with Welcome Skateboards after ten years, skaters have now learned that Jake Yanko is also parting ways with the company.

Yanko, who has been a central figure on the Welcome team for nearly a decade, shared a heartfelt message on social media expressing his gratitude.

He wrote, "Thank you Jason, Daniel, and everyone at Welcome for the near decade of love and support. Forever family @welcomeskateboards 🖤🔮"

During his time with Welcome, Yanko became known for his dedication to skating and his creativity on the board.

His presence on the team was influential for both newer skaters and longtime followers of the brand.

Many fans have responded to his post with messages of thanks and encouragement, reflecting the impact he has had on the skateboarding community.

While the future for Yanko is still unfolding, this is the end of an important chapter for both him and Welcome Skateboards.

Supporters are speculating that he will run his own board brand or be a free agent for a while, and many are looking forward to following his path outside the team he called family for so long.
