Professional skateboarder Greg Lutzka used to rock his fedoras skating hard in the streets.

As the years went on, his headwear evolved into sponsor caps, Thrasher hats, and whatever he wanted to represent.

But behind his style, there was also a reason many fans didn’t know about. Lutzka, like many men, had been dealing with thinning hair.

Now he no longer has to rely on hats as part of his look.

Lutzka went to Istanbul, Turkey, where he underwent a hair transplant procedure at Cosmedica Clinic. The clinic, led by Dr. Levent Acar, is one of the most recognized destinations in the world for this type of treatment.

The procedure gave him a refreshed hairline and the confidence to leave his caps at home.

The 40-year-old shared his excitement about the transformation on social media.

This was a true game changer! I couldn’t be more excited about my experience and awesome results from my hair transplant with @cosmedicaclinic in Istanbul, Turkey! If you’re looking to get a hair transplant, I highly recommend Cosmedia and their most advanced Micro Sapphire DHI method that gives you by far the best results of any clinic in the world! Huge thank you to @dr.leventacar for this amazing surgery! If you’re ever interested in getting a hair transplant, feel free to hit me up and shoot me a DM, and I can connect you directly with their team! 👍🏼👍🏼

This wasn’t just about looks. For years, hats were part of his daily style, but now he’s finally comfortable showing off his real hair.

He encouraged others who may be considering a similar procedure to look into Cosmedica, and even invited fans to reach out to him directly if they want guidance on the process.

Hair loss is something that affects people across different industries and lifestyles, and Lutzka’s choice to talk openly about his experience has drawn attention from the skateboarding world.

He’s joining a growing number of athletes and public figures who go to Turkey for medical treatments that are known for quality and affordability.

It seems like this change was not just about looks but also about feeling good in his own skin. With his hairline restored, he can ride into the next chapter of his life and career without hiding under a hat.
