Brian O’Dwyer aka BOD has officially joined Quasi Skateboards after spending the past few months without a board sponsor following his departure from Deathwish Skateboards.
As we previously reported, O’Dwyer parted ways with Baker Boys Distribution’s Deathwish after turning professional in January 2024.

His time with the brand came to an end not long after he reached pro status, leaving him available to explore what would come next in his career.
It did not take long for Quasi to become one of the names connected to O’Dwyer.
Rumors had been circulating that BOD could be heading to the Ohio based company, with Dylan Jaeb also being linked to the brand around the same period.

Quasi eventually made things official with Jaeb first.
In April, Dylan was promoted into the professional ranks with his own Quasi board, giving the company another young pro to build around.
His promotion received plenty of love from skaters who have been following his skating for years.

Now, BOD is getting his own introduction.
Quasi posted a simple teaser featuring the message:
"BRIAN BOARDS SOON"
The post also revealed two upcoming BOD deck sizes:
"8.375 x 31.75” (Q53)
8.5 x 31.75” (Q63)"
The announcement itself was kept pretty simple, which fits the way Quasi usually handles its team announcements.
BOD’s Quasi connection feels like a natural fit.
He has built a reputation around a raw approach to skating, technical control and a style that has made his footage stand out among younger pros.
His arrival also gives Quasi another pro with a strong following. With Jaeb now officially riding for the company and O’Dwyer joining him, the team has picked up two names who have been generating attention through their skating.
There is also plenty of anticipation surrounding what BOD’s first Quasi part could look like.
Core heads have already been waiting to see where he would end up following his split with Deathwish, and now that the mystery is over, the focus can shift toward new footage and whatever projects Quasi has planned for him.
After a short period as a free agent, BOD officially has a home again.
