Riley Pavey took home SLAM Skateboarding’s Australian Skater of the Year award for 2023, presented by Converse CONS, after a standout year on the board.
From skating at CPH Open to filming in Barcelona and California, Riley spent the year stacking clips and catching the attention of the WKND crew.
He eventually landed a spot on their flow team and spent time filming with WKND owner Grant Yansura.
He wrapped up the year with two standout parts in Geoff Campbell’s Melbourne videos, Internet Birthday Episode 1 and Pleather Jacket, giving fans even more reason to vote for him.
