Supreme has officially confirmed Playboi Carti as the leading face of its 2025 skateboarding collection.
The Atlanta rapper, who has built a huge following not only for his music but also for his style, feels like a natural fit for the skateboarding fashion giant.
This isn’t the first time Supreme has worked with hip hop talent.
As we previously reported, NBA YoungBoy did a campaign, showing how closely rap and skate culture continue to connect.
Carti’s involvement continues that story, combining fashion, skating, and music into something that fans from all three worlds can connect with.
The link between skateboarding and rap has been growing for years. A number of skaters have crossed into rap, and plenty of rappers have picked up boards themselves.
Carti fits right into that middle ground. From Lil Wayne, Soulja Boy and Lil Uzi Vert to Jereme Rogers and Dashawn Jordan, the overlap has been steady.
With Carti now representing Supreme, it reflects how naturally these scenes fit together.
