Pro skateboarders deal with the same everyday things as everyone else.
Some start losing their hair because of genetics, others because of age, and sometimes they are more than happy to joke about the reason.
That is exactly what happened during a recent Ryan Sheckler vs. Chris Joslin interview with Thrasher.
During the interview, both skaters reached the "Bald Check" segment. Joslin immediately took off his hat without any hesitation and proudly showed his receding hairline.
After showing his hair, Joslin shared a funny story about being asked by a young skater what he takes for his hair loss.

The question was, "What supplements do you take for baldness?"
Joslin's entire answer was just one word.
"Divorce."
The room immediately got the joke. Shecks agreed with Joslin's comment and jokingly gestured as if to say it was rough, but that's life.
It was one of those moments that had both skaters laughing because the answer was never meant to be taken seriously.
It was simply Joslin making fun of himself and his own receding hairline.

Shecks also mentioned that he still has a full head of hair for now, although his father is already bald, and this is like what could happen in the future.
The exchange quickly became one of the funniest parts of the interview. Instead of trying to hide his hair loss, Joslin leaned into the joke and had fun with it, something many fans appreciated.
Of course, divorce is not actually a medical cause of hair loss. Genetics and aging remain the biggest reasons people develop a receding hairline or go bald.
