Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker and Vans are back with their second collaboration, bringing a fresh take on footwear and apparel built around shared roots in Southern California culture.

The new collection continues their long connection through music, skateboarding and punk influences, shaping a lineup that feels closely tied to both names.

Barker has often spoken about how Vans was part of his early years, especially growing up in Fontana where skateboarding and BMX were part of everyday life.

He recalls how seeing musicians and skaters wearing Vans helped shape his own style, eventually turning the shoes into something he wore constantly.

That personal connection is still present today, especially as he continues working with the brand in different creative projects.

This latest release builds on that history with a focus on a reworked Old Skool design. The shoe arrives in a clean inverted color treatment, paired with details like a barbed wire graphic along the side, canvas construction, cotton laces, and custom branding on the heel and tongue.

A “Dues Paid” emblem sits on the vamp, tying into the themes carried throughout the collection. The apparel side follows the same direction with simple but expressive text elements including “Dues Paid” and “Self Made” placed across sleeves and back panels.

The campaign brings together a mix of artists and close collaborators from different parts of the music scene, including The Paradox, N8NOFACE, Tim Armstrong, Missy from Mannequin Pussy, Dani Miller, and others.

The visual direction leans into DIY styled graphics inspired by zines and underground print culture, giving the project a raw and personal feel.

Photographer Atiba Jefferson captured the campaign across locations in Chicago during a music festival setting and also around various streets in Los Angeles, giving a grounded look at the collection in real environments.

The collection is set to release on June 18 through Vans online and selected stores. Early access will be available a day before launch for members who sign in or register ahead of time, with limited quantities expected at release.
