Skateboarding legend Dustin Dollin has never been one to bite his tongue and he isn’t about to start now.
He is known for his gnarly attitude on and off the board and he is bringing that same honesty to his music.
With his new punk band Fine Mess starting to get traction, Dollin is speaking his mind about the music scene and all the politics that come with it.
On social media, he posted:
"We are Fine Mess the best fcking band around. Fck your hypocrisy politics. We don't want your respect nor your band incest. We are loyal and a real f*cking band"
You already know that Dollin isn’t interested in playing games or trying to please anyone.
He wants to be real with his fans and make music that matters to him.
Fine Mess isn’t about fitting into someone else’s idea of what a band should be. It is about loyalty, honesty, and staying true to who they are.
For the Piss Drunx legend, this is more than just music.
It is about cutting through the nonsense and showing that you can do things your way without worrying about what others think.
Skateboarding taught him to be insane and now his band is following that same principle, standing apart in the punk scene and making their own rules.
