Competitive contest transgender skateboarder Ricci Tres recently won the 2024 Jackalope Fest in Canada, beating the Japanese 13-year-old for the third place.
This resulted for Tres to raise her earning to $7,050 and will be improving the revenue in the upcoming women's skateboarding contest if she still wants to compete.
Despite all the nacklash from conservatives, the LGBTQIA+ skater still held her head up high and skate for the love of competitive skateboarding.
As we previsouly reported, The Boonies professional skateboarder Taylor Silverman called out Tres for taking the $1,500 cash prize from the 13-year-old competitor.
Hence, for Tres, she said that she is only human in her interview from Univision when she beat Shilo Catori in the grand finals at The Boardr NY contest.
Tres assures that these are limits that are imposed and that she does not consider there are disadvantages in this sport.
