Professional skateboarder and novelist Walker Ryan have been busy working on his new book called "Off Clark" but has never forgotten about skating hard in the streets.
His new novel was praised by the 2021 Thrasher Magazine's Skater Of The Year, Mark Suciu, who said, "On the top of his craft, Walker wraps innumerable facets of a skater's psyche into one wild plot."
Although Ryan's book is a good read, the story includes a few scenes with drugs, sex, swearing, and other subjects that might not be suitable for children.
Ryan posted. "While I had a lot of fun writing and rewriting the 93,396 words comprising the story, I really struggled to put together these two sentences for the back cover. But here it goes."
"When a professional skateboarder disappears under mysterious circumstances, a podcaster seems to be the only person interested in finding him. She has her own motivations, however, and so begins an exploration into the little-known and unpredictable world of international skateboarding."
The book is made to order and will ship separately from other in-store products. Expect books to arrive in 10-15 days.
