Professional skateboarding filmmaker and Violet Skateboards brand owner William Strobeck recently came forward to defend Tyshawn Jones over his jaw-dropping Ferrari Ollie while also seeking footage of another talented skater, Xavier Alford.

The two-time SOTY set the internet ablaze when he posted a video of himself performing an ollie over a luxurious Ferrari. Hence, the trick was a signature style of Alford and was considered an NBD when he was still alive.

Amid the heated discussions, Strobeck, who has collaborated with Jones on previous projects, stepped forward to defend the young skateboarder.

Strobeck emphasized that it's good if Alford did it. He said it was just weak to instantly downplay someone else's hype when Brooklyn Projects owner Dom DeLuca posted a photo about his loyal legendary rider Alford ollieing a Ferrari.
