Transgender Pro Skater Luiza Marchiori Crowned Champion of Brazilian Women’s Skateboarding

Transgender professional skateboarder Luiza Marchiori came through, skated hard, and left with the crown. First place, champion, no questions asked in the women’s division.

Behind her was Duda Ribeiro holding second. Rafaela Murbach grabbed third. Isabelly Ávila landed in fourth. Maria Lúcia took fifth after an injury slowed her down.

She’s been killing it lately with back-to-back titles but the fall in training kept her from reaching the final round.

Luiza came in with a heavy resume. She is already a 2x champion of Brazil, 7x champion in Santa Catarina, Pro skater, and winner of Vozes Visionárias. Adding this new title to her list just shows how consistent she is at the highest level.

After the win she kept it real and dropped a message straight from the heart.
