The skateboarding community is mourning the loss of Steven Guntrum, better known to many fans as the creator of the YouTube channel Steve's Skate Explosion.
His wife, Heather, shared the heartbreaking news in the description of what is now the channel's most recent video.
According to Heather, Steve passed away on July 6, 2026, following a medical emergency.
