Things got really scary during the 2025 Women’s X Games Street contest when Miyu Ito slammed hard.

Viewers saw her hit the ground and begin twitching and shaking. It was clear right away that something was seriously wrong.

Later on the Day 3 stream, X Games officials confirmed that Miyu suffered a fractured skull. The good news is she’s responsive and able to communicate.

The moment shook everyone. Shiloh Catori still had tears in her eyes when she was told to drop in for her next run.

You could see how much it affected the other skaters. It’s not easy to keep going after witnessing something like that.

No other details have been shared so far, but everyone’s hoping Miyu gets the care she needs and heals up soon.

It was a tough scene to watch, and all the love is going out to her right now.

We’ll keep you posted if we hear more.
