Logan Taylor is officially a professional skateboarder!
After years of grinding, filming, and staying consistent in the skate world, his name now sits proudly on a board under the new Glass House Skateboards brand.
If you’ve been following Logan for a while, this move probably feels like it was only a matter of time.
He spent the past few years skating for $lave Skateboards and even delivered a full part for the brand. But earlier this year, Ben Horton, the founder, decided to retire the $lave name and move forward with a new project.
That project is now known as Glass House Skateboards, and Logan is one of the first riders to go pro under the new name.
Taylor’s been skating for well over a decade, with clips going back to Transworld’s “Video Check Out,” “Afternoon in the Park,” and several other videos.
His presence has always been steady. He’s not someone who popped up overnight. He’s been around, steadily building his footage and respect among other skaters.
Last night, Logan’s new video part premiered in Leucadia with a crowd of homies, skaters, and longtime supporters in the room.
The part is set to go live online this coming Monday, and word is, it delivers. It’s a proper way to mark a long-overdue moment.
This promotion feels earned. Taylor has been a familiar face in skateboarding for years, and with Glass House stepping out as a new brand, it makes sense to have someone like him represent what they’re about. Just solid skating and years of dedication finally getting the recognition they deserve.
Keep an eye out for the part on Monday. If last night’s premiere is anything to go by, it’s going to be something worth watching more than once.
