The Boonies pro skateboarder Jason Ellis is sharing some big changes in his life and mindset.
He was doing some wild and adventurous lifestyle, Ellis says he no longer connects with the liberal lifestyle he used to live. Now, he feels that conservative values make more sense for him.
In a new podcast of the Jason Ellis Show, he opened up about how trauma and past experiences shaped his life. He admitted he has had sexual experiences with multiple genders but clarified that he does not identify as gay and has no issue with gay people.
He also pointed out that while some people are straight, some are gay, and some experience both. He considers himself capable of being with both genders.
"This is my life and I have lived through enormous amounts of trauma," Ellis said. "I have done a lot of things I am not proud of and it all stems from my past. But now, thanks to some really hard work and dedication to my sobriety, life has become something I never expected."
He added, "I am a different person. My opinions and my lifestyle have changed a lot. I am not saying anyone living differently is better or worse. I hope the best for everyone in this life and I do not care what you love or hate. If you need my help, I will be there. Friends and family are all I care about."
His main point is pretty simple respect how other people choose to live while focusing on the peace he’s found through sobriety and living life in a way that finally feels right to him.
Even as he moves away from his old lifestyle, Ellis stays grounded in his relationships, putting family and friends first. His story is not just about politics. It is about personal transformation, reflection, and choosing a path that aligns with who he is today.
