As we previously reported, professional skateboarder Na-Kel Smith officially parted ways with FA World Entertainment in April 2022.
The move marked the end of his time riding under Jason Dill and Anthony Van Engelen's brand. Not long after, Smith teamed up with Tyshawn Jones to launch King Skateboards.
That alone spoke volumes, but Smith took it even further by getting his FA tattoo crossed out.
Now in June 2025, it looks like Smith and Dill have put the past behind them. Smith posted a photo with the caption "No longer opps" and added the hashtag "Family." Whatever tension was there seems to be over on his end.
But the King Skateboards boss had a different tone. When news of the reconciliation came out, he simply replied with "lol mood."
No caption. No post. Just that.
It was enough to get fans talking. Some are wondering if Jones is on the same page with Dill, or if he is still keeping his distance.
Smith’s post made it clear he is good with Dill again. Jones' comment made it clear he is not exactly throwing a welcome party.
That comment felt calm on the surface but not very warm either.
It could mean he is not bothered or that he is staying out of it completely. Given how close Jones and Smith have been since starting the King brand, people are curious whether this shift affects anything behind the scenes.
Hence, Smith looks like he is choosing peace. Jones looks like he is choosing silence with a side of sarcasm. And Dill? He has not said much publicly, which seems to be his style.
