Professional skateboarder Ishod-Kedar Burti Wair has talked to the creative and auto enthusiast Magnus Walker regarding Porsche, sneakers, and skateboarding in one. The Ishod x Magnus '277' SB Dunk High.
The two conversed and roll through Los Angeles in the '277' that inspired the latest SB Dunk High.
As we get closer to their new collaboration sneaker release, we learn more about the DNA behind the project.
“As a kid, I was a runner, cross-country middle-distance runner,” Walker says, “and this is going back to the late ‘70s. And I used to run in some Nike Waffles, and at the time, one of my childhood heroes was Sebastian Coe, who was a Nike athlete.”
The anticipated Nike SB x Magnus Walker sneaker is set to release on June 25, 2021, in selected skate shops and online stores.
