Blondey McCoy, the head of Thames Skateboards, has been keeping busy on and off the board.
Between filming new clips with his crew in Hong Kong, helping Gabriel Summers snag a SOTY award, and supporting other teams to get noticed, he has hardly had a moment to take it easy.
On top of that, he also got promoted to the pro rankings on his own brand, Thames.
Amid all the skating action, Blondey took some time to celebrate his personal life as well.
He recently marked one year of marriage with his wife, Jenn, in a quiet vow renewal ceremony in Las Vegas.
Posting about the occasion, Blondey wrote that they had celebrated surviving one year of marriage, and that the photography team at the Little White Wedding Chapel had spent the time mostly smoothing things out.
He added a heartfelt note to Jenn, wishing her a happy anniversary and two weeks, and thanking her for everything no one else knows about.
It was a private and personal moment, showing that even with a busy skate schedule and professional achievements, he values the time spent with his partner.
Blondey’s year has been full of activity on all fronts, but this small celebration reminded fans that life off the board is just as important as life on it.

"Two Sundays ago, Jenn and I celebrated surviving one year of marriage by renewing our vows, and it seems the official photography department of the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas have spent that time mostly smoothing.
Happy anniversary and two weeks, my love.
Thank you for everything no one knows about."
