Bam and Danny are also making sure there are no more sweets, too many carbs, and only healthy options on every product label so Bam will be in shape in no time.

The two have been running by the beach and making sure the sweat and stubborn belly fat will be burned.
And now, Bam has promised SOTY Chris Joslin that he will do sit-ups daily to get more shredded, just like when he was in his 20s.
Bam used to be in shape back in the good old days from the Jackass era, and now that he is getting older, he will surely need to be more careful about what he eats and take care of his body.
With all his homies helping him out, you already know that Bam will have shredded six-pack abs in no time for sure.
