Aurélien Giraud has officially moved into a new chapter of his skate career after signing a sponsorship deal with DC Shoes.

As previously reported, he stepped away from etnies under Nidecker Group last year. That run lasted around three years, during which he built a strong presence under the brand.

Once that partnership ended, he continued skating and competing without a shoe sponsor, staying active in street.

Even without a footwear deal in place, Giraud kept his focus on skating and continued showing consistent results in competitions.

His name stayed in conversations within the skate scene, with many watching to see where he would land next.

That next step has now arrived with Authentic Brands Group's DC Shoes.

The brand officially announced his addition to the team, welcoming him through their social channels with a simple message and clips highlighting the announcement.

This places Giraud alongside a roster that has long been connected with technical skateboarding and competition skating.

DC Shoes shared:

“Welcome Home @aureliengiraud !

With this signing, Giraud starts a new phase under a brand that has a long history in skate footwear. Skaters will likely be watching closely to see how this partnership shows up in upcoming contests, video parts, and other projects he takes on moving forward.
