As we previously reported, Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate caught the attention of the skateboarding community after making comments about skateboarders.

Andrew claimed that skaters cannot get women and suggested that they are broke, while both brothers mocked the lifestyle that many skateboarders enjoy.
The comments quickly spread across social media and did not sit well with many skaters.
All of the core heads called the brothers out for disrespecting skateboarding and reducing it to money and dating.
Skaters fired back by pointing out that skateboarding has never been about becoming rich or chasing status.
At the same time, there were also some skateboarders and fans who agreed with parts of what Tate was saying.

Some Tate fans argued that skaters should focus more on building successful businesses, earning more money, and avoiding the stereotype of struggling financially.
The debate ended up dividing opinions, but most of the skateboarding community rejected the comments and defended skateboarding for what it is.
Now, Andrew and Tristan Tate are back on ShreddER top stories once again for a much more serious reason.
According to reports, the social media influencers were arrested in the United States after British authorities announced 38 new criminal charges against them.
The charges include rape, actual bodily harm, and human trafficking. Britain is seeking to extradite the brothers so they can face prosecution over both the newly announced charges and earlier cases.
Britain's Crown Prosecution Service said the additional charges came after investigators identified four more alleged victims.
The allegations relate to incidents that prosecutors say happened between July 2010 and August 2017.
Andrew Tate is facing seven additional counts of rape along with charges connected to sex trafficking and alleged indecent images of a child.
Tristan Tate is facing two counts of rape as well as three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation.
Malcolm McHaffie, head of the Special Crime Division at the Crown Prosecution Service, said prosecutors had decided to bring further charges against both brothers, including rape, arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, and offences involving alleged indecent images of a child.
The Tate brothers, who hold both American and British citizenship, have denied all allegations against them.
Assistant Chief Constable Karena Thomas said the total number of charges against Andrew and Tristan Tate now stands at 59. She also confirmed that law enforcement officers in the United States arrested both men in connection with Britain's extradition request.
Thomas also stated that violence against women and girls has no place in society and said authorities will continue investigating reports while supporting alleged victims.
Multiple news outlets reported that the brothers were arrested in Miami.
The latest case comes as Andrew and Tristan Tate continue to face separate criminal proceedings in Romania, where authorities have been investigating them since late 2022.
Andrew Tate is also expected to face a civil trial in Britain later this year. Four women, who have been granted anonymity, accuse him of physical and sexual abuse between 2013 and 2015.
According to the claims, two of the women were in relationships with Tate, while the other two worked for his webcam business.
Andrew Tate denies those allegations. His legal team maintains that the claims are false and says that any sexual activity was consensual.
As with any criminal case, the charges announced by British prosecutors are allegations. The Tate brothers remain entitled to the presumption of innocence unless and until they are found guilty in court.
