Skate legend Chad Muska is ready to return to skateboarding once the new Lorain/Longfellow Skatepark is complete.
After visiting the construction site, Muska shared his excitement about the progress and thanked California Skateparks, Spohn Ranch Skateparks, Adam Eichorn, and the local community for helping bring the project to life.
The park holds a special place in his heart, as he grew up playing there with his grandmother living across the street.
Now, he’s promising to come out of retirement and film some clips when construction wraps up. As Muska put it, “It’s on!”

"Finally made it out to the construction site for the new Lorain/Longfellow Skatepark!
Things are looking amazing and taking shape fast!
Thank you so much to the @caskateparks team for all their hard work to build this vision in a short amount of time we had before the city budget had to be spent.
Thank you to @spohnranch and @lairdboy for helping bring out the communities vision in the design.
Thank you to everyone in the community and city who has supported this project!
It is so amazing to see a skatepark being built in the park I grew up running bases in with my Grandmother who lived across the street.
This is very special and meaningful to me.
I will come out of retirement when this park is finished to film some clips! It’s on!
Lots of work left to do here, first batch of backpacks will ship out tomorrow! Thank you so much to everyone for all the support.
I am beyond grateful for all that is, was and shall be.
Love,
MUSKA-"
