Skateboarding legend Chad Muska has released the BACKPACK-001.
Muska is bringing back his original Shorty’s Skateboards backpack design, created with Tony Buyalos years ago.
The new version features an all-black design with a few updates.
Half of the inventory is available now, including some signed bags, though Muska has yet to decide if he will autograph the remaining stock.
He also mentioned that Shorty’s is preparing to bring back more of its bags soon. Despite some wrinkles caused by compression during shipping, Muska is happy with the results and expects the bags to break in nicely with use.

"THE BACKPACK-001
themuska.comHere are some pictures I shot yesterday for the backpack release.
I released half of my inventory with some signed ones first to test out the workflow, not sure if I’ll sign the other half or not, either way, it’s tonal black on black so you can wear or collect them.
This design is based off my original @shortysskateboards backpack that I designed with Tony Buyalos many years ago. Hyped to bring it back to life with a few updates and changes.
Shorty’s is in the process of bringing a bunch of their bags back soon too! Hyped!
There are some wrinkles in the bags caused from compression during travel that I am trying to improve for next round but other than that they will break in nicely and I’m really happy with how they turned out!
More to come…
Thank you all for the continued support!
