Christian professional skateboarder Felipe Gustavo recently shared a heartfelt post after graduating from his first year at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry.
Along with photos from the event, Felipe opened up about how much his faith has changed his life and what this season has meant to him personally.
Felipe wrote that during his time at BSSM he learned what it truly means to live for Christ.
He shared that his life has been transformed and that he has learned to keep saying yes to God every day, even during difficult moments.
He added that through every hardship he still believes God is good.
The Brazilian skateboarder also talked about receiving a KLV Awards honor from Kathy Vallotton and KV Ministries.
While he appreciated the recognition, Felipe said the greatest reward in his life was finding Jesus.
He explained that at the end of life, trophies and fame will not matter as much as the lives impacted through what God has placed in people's hands.
Felipe also thanked his wife Camilla for supporting and encouraging him throughout this season.
He called his family his greatest asset and expressed gratitude to Bethel, Bill Johnson Ministries, BSSM Portuguese, and the pastors who have helped him grow in his faith.
Over the years Felipe has become one of the most respected names in skateboarding, but in his recent post he made it known that his relationship with Christ now means more to him than accomplishments or recognition.
His words connected with many Christians online who were encouraged by his openness about faith and his desire to keep living for Jesus.
Felipe ended his message by praying that their flame for Jesus would never go out.
