Maxx started by saying, “there's two sides of every coin so here's mine,” explaining that they got to the event early so they could be up front since it is one of their favorite events.

From his point of view, he was just sitting on his bike, with one leg down and one leg up, when things suddenly went wrong.

He described the moment like this: “And I got my sht fcking yanked on my shoulder and I'm doing one of these numbers like oh sh*t and then I got to catch the bike and there's Chris Gregson three feet into the dirt because I was trying to leave no room in front of me at all.”

According to him, the crowd was packed, and he felt like he had to hold his spot since he had been there first.

He also admitted he had been drinking, saying that he and others around him were drunk at the time.

Maxx continued, “So in the drunken state of mind I could've sworn if it was Chris who f*ckin who almost knocked me over so I shoved his ass.”

He also said he did not realize Gregson had a camera at first. “I didn't see he had a camera until he is getting out of the water and I was like oh f*ck that kind of sucks but also I just did what I did and I also got yanked myself.”

After everything happened, he said he stayed in the area for about ten minutes and no one confronted him. He believes people nearby saw what happened leading up to it.

When it comes to how he feels about it now, he made his stance clear. He said that if it was not Gregson, then he is sorry.

But if it was Gregson, he is not sorry at all and would do the same thing again if he believed someone almost knocked him over.

The biker also said he is not the type to let someone mess with him without reacting and told people not to expect him to just stand there and do nothing.

At the same time, he acknowledged that if it was not Gregson who made contact with him, then it was a bad case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

He also talked about the nature of Swampfest, saying that everyone there knows what they are signing up for.

Maxx pointed to how chaotic it can get, with people getting hurt and things getting out of hand, adding, “Swampfest is literally designed to be chaotic.”

He said that once you sign the waiver and show up, you already know what kind of environment you are stepping into.

He also claimed that he is the first person to be banned from Swampfest moving forward.

That is where things stand now, with both the original clip and his explanation continuing to circulate, and people forming their own opinions about what actually went down.
