As we previously reported, Blood Wizard pro skater and filmmaker Chris Gregson was shoved face-first into the mud during Swampfest, and the clip quickly went viral.
After the video started circulating, Gregson asked who was responsible since no one knew at the time.
The skate community quickly started digging and tracking down the person in the video. It did not take long before the culprit was identified as Maxx Dylan Andres from Daytona Beach.

Once he was identified, Maxx admitted to the incident.
He told people that he was only sorry if it was not actually Gregson, and he also said he would do it again if he believed Gregson had yanked him off his bike.
Because of how blatant the situation was and the way it unfolded, Swampfest organizers made the decision to ban Maxx from all future events.
This decision comes after he was caught red-handed in the video and after his own statements made clear that he had no real regret if it was Gregson.

Gregson, on the other hand, kept his composure throughout the whole situation.
He focused on saving his expensive camera during the fall and has not pursued any legal action.
His main concern seems to be getting recognition of what happened and making sure accountability is known within the skate community.
The incident has stirred a lot of conversation online, but for now, the takeaway is that Swampfest is cracking down on behavior like this, and Maxx will no longer be allowed to attend.
