Skateboarding legend and the inventor of "The 900," Tony Hawk, had many injuries throughout his career as a professional skateboarder when he started skating in the 80s.

The Berrics spoke to the Birdman and asked him about the worst skate injury of his career.

Back in the old days, sponsored skateboarders could not work and hid their injuries as their sponsors tended to kick them off the team since they couldn't contribute once injured.

But today, with all the corporate sponsorship that had all the money to provide help from skaters - it may seem counterintuitive, especially since core skaters hate non-skate brands. It's also suitable for pro skaters to get help from corporations.
