As we previously reported, Weckingball recently came up with his own answer to Kyle Walsh taking the crown for the longest grind.
Instead of trying to go longer, Weckingball went for the shortest grind ever.
The joke quickly caught the attention of other skaters and content creators, with some now trying to copy the idea for their own videos.
But Weckingball is not laughing about it.
According to Weck, the whole shortest grind thing was meant to be a joke. Now that other YouTube skaters are recreating the idea and making their own content around it, he feels like the joke has already run its course.
Weckingball called out the creators who are copying his video and said he does not find it funny or interesting anymore.
He also pointed out that some of the people copying the idea are making a living from YouTube and are using his joke to get views.
It looks like Weck wants everyone to know that he was never trying to start another serious grind competition.

The original idea was simply to flip the whole longest grind thing on its head and make a joke out of it.
But once other creators started making their own versions, Weckingball felt that the joke had already been used enough.
Now the shortest grind has become its own little challenge, with creators trying to come up with their own versions and see if they can get an even shorter grind.
That is exactly what Weckingball does not seem interested in.
For him, the joke was the joke.
Now he wants the copying to stop.
With YouTube sensations already chasing views from the idea, it will be interesting to see if everyone leaves it alone or if someone decides to keep the shortest grind challenge going.
