Since June 2024, more skaters have started speaking up about their experiences with VX1000 custom painter Aaron Felix.

What began as a few scattered complaints has slowly turned into a steady stream of posts and messages from people saying they paid for custom work and never got their cameras back.

A big part of this conversation has been happening through the Instagram account Instagram handle @0vxrespect, which has been sharing screenshots from skateboarders who say they were left waiting for months.

In some cases, people claim they have been waiting over a year with little to no updates about their gear.

The posts show repeated attempts to follow up, often without any reply.

For many in the skate community, the bigger issue is not just the delay but the lack of communication.

Several customers say they sent both their cameras and payment, expecting custom work to be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Instead, they describe being ignored after initial contact, with no clear timeline or explanation.

Some also claim they were never refunded, even after asking to cancel their orders.

The Sony VX1000 has long been a staple in skateboarding culture, so finding someone trusted to customize or restore it matters a lot to those who still film with it.

That is why situations like this tend to spread quickly through the community. People rely heavily on word of mouth, and once multiple similar stories start appearing, it raises concern.

Attempts to reach Felix for comment have reportedly gone unanswered.

Some customers say they tried email, direct messages, and other contact methods but never received a response.

That silence has only added to the frustration, especially for those who feel stuck without their equipment or money.

As more stories continue to surface, skaters are warning others to be cautious when sending out their cameras for custom work.

At the same time, some are still hoping for updates or resolutions, whether that means getting their gear back, having the work completed, or receiving a refund.

For now, the situation remains unresolved, with many still waiting and watching to see if any concrete action will be taken to address the growing number of complaints.
