Things are getting interesting at American Eagle and Tyshawn Jones is right in the middle of it. The pro skateboarder and model is getting attention not just for his fashion work but also for his ongoing lawsuit with Supreme.
The King Skateboards CEO first started getting noticed in fashion when he modeled for Marc Jacobs on August 15, 2024.

"NIGO® x MARC JACOBS, as seen on Tyshawn Jones.
The limited-edition collaboration celebrates Marc Jacobs’ 40th Anniversary and takes inspiration from Marc’s beloved archival Superman™ sweater, originally released as part of his 1990 menswear collection, now reimagined by Nigo to mark the occasion.

The shoot looked amazing and really showed off his style and personality. But it also caused problems with Supreme.
As we previously reported, Jones filed a $26 million lawsuit against the brand.
He said they ended his endorsement deal after the Marc Jacobs shoot and spread false stories that hurt his reputation and blocked him from working with other brands.
At the same time, his American Eagle campaign, shot on December 19, 2024, is getting a second look. This comes as actress Sydney Sweeney’s recent American Eagle ads face a lot of criticism online. Her campaign got people talking about the brand, and that attention has led fans to revisit Tyshawn’s work.

The spotlight on Jones’ campaign shows how complicated it can get when models work with big brands and legal issues come into play.
For the two-time Skater Of The Year, it is about more than modeling. It is about standing up for himself and showing that talent and professionalism matter, even when things get messy behind the scenes.
With the Supreme lawsuit still going, everyone is keeping an eye on Jones. He is more than just a skateboarder and model now. He is making sure his voice is heard in an industry that does not always play fair.
