U.S. President Donald Trump just signed an executive order that basically bans transgender women from competing in women's sports, which has sparked outrage from the dems.

Supporters claim it's all about fairness, while democrat skaters see it as a major setback for transgender rights.
As we previously reported, The Boonies pro skater Taylor Silverman lost to a transgender woman Lilian Gallagher in a skateboarding contest and has been fighting and voicing out her concerns about the LGBTQIA+ competing against biological women.
Tim Pool's pro rider's comments come as the issue of whether trans women have a competitive advantage over biological women has been hotly debated.
Public opinion is pretty split. A lot of people back competition based on biological sex, and 25 states led by Republicans have already brought in bans. But federal courts have mostly blocked these laws so far.
According to reports, the order also looks to stop visas for transgender women taking part in U.S. events and is pushing the IOC to change its rules ahead of the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
This move follows other attempts by Trump's administration to roll back transgender rights, like limiting access to gender-affirming healthcare and banning transgender people from serving in the military.
LGBTQIA+ advocates argue that transgender athletes really don't threaten fairness at all, while Republican lawmakers hail this decision as a win for women's sports. With lawsuits likely, it seems like the debate isn't ending anytime soon.
