Skateboarding legend Tony Hawk has finally brought back his most insane vert skate contest called "Vert Alert."
Ride channel posted. "Tony Hawk is bringing his amazing ramp back to Salt Lake City, UT on 8/26 for an incredible Legends demo, and then the best vert skaters compete on 8/27. Watch it in person for free or the stream here on the Ride Channel."
Current Legends Demo includes:
Tony Hawk, Christian Hosoi, Sandro Dias, Cara Beth Burnside, Lizzie Armanto, Lincoln Ueda, Mike Frazier, Andy MacDonald, Bucky Lasek, and MC'd by Jason Ellis.
"I’m proud to announce the official Tony Hawk's Vert Alert schedule, and it’s all free to spectators." Hawk said. "Friday night (at Legends Demo) will be my first public skate exhibition since my injury, and although I’m not as far along in my recovery as I’d hoped, I have never been so anxious about an event in my life."
He added. "I’m even more excited to see what’s in store for men’s, women’s, and best trick on Saturday. You can come watch it in person or via livestream. Thanks to Utah Sports Commission, Hot Wheels, Woodward Park City, Liquid Death, Days of '47 Rodeo and Vans for making it all possible!"
