Skateboarding legend Tony Hawk is heading to D2DCon as a keynote speaker at North America’s annual conference focused on door to door direct sales, training and sales enablement.
Hawk turned pro at 14 and went on to become one of skateboarding’s biggest names. In 1999, he landed the first documented 900 in competition after the trick had been considered out of reach for years.
His career also expanded beyond skating.
He founded Birdhouse, became part of one of the best selling video game franchises ever, and helped fund hundreds of public skateparks through The Skatepark Project.
Nearly 40 years after turning pro, Hawk is still skating, creating and building new things.
Now he’ll bring those experiences to D2DCon and share how he turned ideas that seemed impossible into reality.

"D2DCon just added another powerhouse to the stage.
Tony Hawk is officially joining us as a keynote speaker.
He turned pro at 14 and spent the next two decades rewriting what was possible on a skateboard. In 1999, he landed the first documented 900 in competition — a trick people had spent more than a decade calling impossible.
But the board was only the beginning. He built Birdhouse, put his name on one of the best-selling video game franchises in history, and through The Skatepark Project has helped fund hundreds of public skateparks in communities that had none.
Nearly 40 years after turning pro, he's still building, still creating, still landing tricks most people half his age won't attempt.
The lesson:
Impossible is just something nobody's landed yet.
