Skateboarding legend Tony Hawk recently appeared as a contestant on Name That Tune, a show his parents watched regularly in the 1970s.
Birdman said he never understood how anyone could guess a song from just one note. After being on the show himself, he realized the clues make all the difference.
He called this his best moment on the show, before Ice T eliminated him with a Biggie song. Adding to the fun, Skater Boi was one of the songs featured in the first round.

"My parents watched NTT religiously in the ‘70s and I was always dumbfounded that someone could know a song after hearing only one note. But then I recently had a chance to be a contestant on @namethattunefox, and realized it’s all about the clue. This was my peak performance during the show… just before @icet took me out on a Biggie tune. And yes, one of the songs in the first round was Skater Boi."
