Skateboarding legend and entrepreneur Tony Hawk has canceled his weekend skate jam event in Las Vegas due to his recent leg femur he broke last month.
Although the Birdman is finally getting back on board, he is not yet 100% in his ability to perform his best.
Hawk posted. "My sincere thanks to the incredible bands, skaters and artists for offering their time and talents, and my heartfelt apologies to those who purchased tickets and/or hotel packages which will be refunded."
Once the 53-year-old is healed, he will do whatever it takes to get the job done. We wish Hawk the best and a fast recovery.
