Think Skateboards might actually be making a comeback.
Their website now says “Coming Soon” and that small update has skaters talking. Especially the ones who grew up skating their decks or watching old Think videos.
Think started back in 1990 in San Francisco. It was always skater-owned and skater-driven, which made it feel real from the beginning. It never tried to act bigger than skating itself. It just focused on making solid products with meaning behind them. That motto, “we think, therefore we are,” says a lot.
The word “Think” looked like it was hit with spray paint across a wall. You could almost feel the texture just looking at it. And all of these decks were made from strong seven-ply maple. They were built to ride hard and last, whether you were skating smooth spots or rough city streets.
No official updates have been posted yet. No product drops. No team announcements. Just that one message on the site. But for some of us, that’s enough to get excited. It means something is coming. Maybe it’s a new line of decks. Maybe it's a revival of the old attitude. Either way, it's cool to see the Think name back in the mix.
For the skaters who remember, this could be a solid return. For the ones who are new, it might be their first time seeing what made Think special. Whatever happens next, we’ll be watching.
While you're at it, you can stream the 2025 remastered "iThink" skate video below!
