Pro skater and mental health advocate Terry Kennedy has officially asked skaters to tap in and send their “sponsor me” clips to join the new brand he is building, with a website launch coming soon.
According to his new company, TK Skate Co says it is built for skaters, not the internet, and that sponsorship is earned, not requested.
Instead of asking people to fill out forms or send long messages like corporate brands, TK’s new company wants clips.
Skaters are told to send their best footage directly through Instagram by messaging the TK Skate Co account. No bullsh*t, just gnarly clips.
The brand is aimed at people who are actually out skating the streets and filming, rather than chasing attention online.
While details are still limited, the message suggests this is just the beginning. For skaters looking for an opportunity, now is the time to stack clips and be ready.
You already know that TK is building something new, and he is looking for skaters who can back it up with footage, just like his days in Baker.

This isn’t for clout.
This is for real skaters."
