More and more skaters are speaking out against President Donald Trump’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the skate community is getting bigger about where it stands.
It started when Thrasher publicly called out ICE, telling everyone that they did not support what the agency has been doing.
Soon after, OG pro skater Tyrone Olson backed that stance and didn’t hold back, posting “F*CK ICE and TRUMP” on social media.
Brooklyn Projects skate shop followed up by releasing a T-shirt protesting ICE, turning their shop platform into a statement.
Professional photographer Atiba Jefferson also showed up at a Los Angeles rally to boycott ICE, standing alongside protesters in the streets.
Skater and rapper Tyler, the Creator said he has had enough and that ICE should be abolished.
Now skateboarding legend and Hall of Famer Ron Allen has added his voice to the growing criticism.
Allen called out the Trump administration and said there should be no more funding for ICE.
He believes cutting off money to the agency is the only way to stop it. Alongside that statement, he paid tribute to the people he says lost their lives as a result of ICE actions.

His message struck a serious tone, showing concern for families and communities affected by enforcement actions.
For many in skateboarding, this is not just about politics. It is about standing with friends, neighbors, and fans who they feel are directly impacted.
Skateboarding has often intersected with activism, and this moment is no different. With more influential figures speaking out, the conversation continues to grow both inside and outside the skate world.
