As we previously reported, professional skateboarder Terry Kennedy has been taken into custody again after he allegedly assaulted his pregnant girlfriend.
The case remains active, and the allegations against him have not been proven in court.
The incident reportedly began on the night of July 13, when police responded to a domestic disturbance call at around 10:00 p.m.
After arriving at the scene, officers spoke with TK's girlfriend, Chantise Knatt Jackson, who reportedly told investigators that she and TK had been in a relationship for about six months and that she was nearly three months pregnant.
According to police documents, officers observed visible injuries on Jackson, including cuts to her forehead and the side of her head.
Paramedics who examined her at the scene reportedly believed that an injury to the back of her head could require stitches.
Investigators say Jackson told officers that TK had been dealing with stress related to business matters before the argument began.

She alleged that he struck her in the head during the confrontation. She also claimed he pushed her while she was trying to reach the front door, causing her to fall and hit her head on a door handle.
Police reports state that Jackson was eventually able to get away, lock herself inside a bathroom, and send a message to a neighbor asking them to contact law enforcement.
When officers later spoke with the 41-year-old professional skateboarder, authorities say he denied that any physical altercation had taken place.
TK was taken into custody and initially booked on assault related charges.
Authorities also listed an out of state parole violation during the booking process.
