Professional skateboarder Terry Kennedy has been arrested once again after police in Denver accused him of assaulting his pregnant girlfriend, only months after his release from prison.
According to reports, officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance around 10:00 PM on July 13.
When they arrived, they met with TK's girlfriend, Chantise Knatt Jackson, who told officers the couple had been together for about six months and that she was nearly three months pregnant.
Police reported seeing injuries on her head, including a small cut on her forehead and another larger cut near the side of her head.
Responding paramedics also examined her and reportedly believed an injury on the back of her head could require stitches.

Investigators say Chantise told officers that TK had been under stress over business related matters before the incident.
She alleged that he punched her in the head during an argument.
She also claimed he shoved her as she tried to get to the front door, causing her to fall and strike her head on a door handle.
After getting away, she reportedly locked herself in the bathroom and sent a message to a neighbor asking them to call the police.
When officers spoke with the 41-year-old pro skater, police say he denied that any physical confrontation had taken place.

The former Baker Skateboards rider was taken into custody and booked on two assault charges.
Authorities also listed an out of state parole violation. At the time of reporting, he remained in custody, with bond available on only two of the listed charges.
Following the arrest, K R O K, CEO of 3rd Eye Recordings, the management company representing TK, released a brief statement saying the company is aware of the situation and is looking into the matter.
He also said they are praying for their artist and his family while noting that the company does not support domestic violence in any form.

The latest arrest comes not long after TK returned home from prison.
In 2021, he was arrested in connection with the death of fellow skateboarder Josiah Kassahun.
Although he was found not guilty of first degree murder, he was convicted on two counts of aggravated battery and sentenced to five years in prison. Kennedy was released on New Year's Eve in 2025.
The allegations against TK have not been proven in court, and he is presumed innocent unless found guilty through the legal process.
