Lately, he’s been sharing more about his faith and what keeps him grounded, both on and off the board.
Between skating, being a dad, and supporting his wife, Tas seems determined to live a life guided by his beliefs.
Fans who followed his skating with his late brother Ben know that their early years were full of chaos and hard times.
But Tas has made it through all of it. He has tried to stay connected to his faith and to remember what matters most. Even in moments of fame and challenge, he talks about keeping his feet on the ground and looking to God for guidance.
Tas posted:
“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
The post resonated with many of his followers, who appreciated seeing a different side of the skateboarding legend. It reminds them that even someone who has lived a life full of gnarly skating and extreme challenges can be deeply connected to family and faith.
Tas’s message is simple but powerful: no matter what happens, the love of God is something that can’t be shaken.
